Lead RN Case Review, Utilization Review, Full Time, First Shift

Special Qualifications
Required:
ADN
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
CCM, ACM or CCDS
5 years of acute care clinical experience
2 years of Utilization Review or Clinical Documentation Integrity experience
Works independently to effectively manage multiple tasks, activities and responsibilities while meeting deadlines
Exemplary communication and presentation skills
Preferred:
BSN or Baccalaureate degree in health related field
One year of supervisory experience managing employees as evidenced by conducting performance appraisals, participating in staff
selection, training and scheduling
Proficiency with database, spreadsheet, and word processing programs
Knowledge of licensing, accrediting, and third party payer requirements strongly preferred
Experience with diagnosis and procedure coding
