IT Healthcare Consultant– Software Engineer, Python, JavaScript, Cloud & Medicaid Systems

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Technical Science or five years of equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of technical experience with Python, JavaScript/Angular/ReactJS and JSON, Rest API’s using Django/Fast API, SQL/No-SQL databases.
- Medicaid system project experience
- Experience writing complex SQL queries
- Experience in AWS
- Experience with profiling and troubleshooting software defects and fixing them.
- Experience delivering in waterfall, scrum, agile, and other methodologies
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance principles and processes
- Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) experience
- Experience in Django or similar python web frameworks.
- Any UI/UX certification.
- Development experience with any Rules Engines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and cognitive abilities.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration.
Specific Skills:
- Python, Java/J2EE, Django/FastAPI frameworks
- JavaScript, NodeJS, Angular, ReactJS
- SQL / No-SQL database development and complex queries
- REST API development
- Cloud platforms, preferably AWS
- Software defect profiling, troubleshooting, and debugging
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Medicaid/healthcare system knowledge
