Inventory Health Analyst

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Work with supply chain planning team to adjust safety stock levels by incorporating key variables

such as demand variability, supplier reliability, and lead time variation

· Collaborate with product management, procurement, production, and logistics teams to align

inventory strategies with business goals

· Analyze and monitor stock levels, consumption trends, and lead times to maintain inventory

accuracy and availability

· Identify and address slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory through data-driven

recommendations

· Review lead times across all distribution centers (DCs) and ensure alignment with actual

execution data, updating planning parameters accordingly

· Generate and present regular reports and dashboards on inventory KPIs, trends, and performance insights · Work with procurement & manufacturing to ensure inventory is in place in line with stocking strategy, escalating & resolving issues as needed.

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field

· Minimum 2-6 years of experience in procurement or supply chain

· SAP experience required

· SFDC experience optional, but preferred

· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel

· Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

· Fluent English speake
