HealthFitness is hiring an Injury Prevention Coordinator at our client site in Russells Point, OH (approximately 25 miles southeast of Lima). This role is well‑suited for professionals with experience or education in industrial ergonomics, biomechanics, kinesiology, athletic training, or personal training who enjoy hands‑on work in an active environment.
You’ll work onsite in a manufacturing environment, partnering directly with employees to reduce injury risk and promote safe movement at work.

Key Accountabilities
Conducts employee injury prevention programs, education, and training.
Leads the development and implementation of interventions/programs focused on the manufacturing environment to meet client objectives.
Assists employee healthcare teams with job function assessment, incident investigation and care management.
Collect and evaluate program data to support ROI process, manages and reports data for their assigned plant.
Develop, promote, and market wellness and general education programs.
Other duties as needed/assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or a related field.
2+ years’ experience in health and fitness.
