We're looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Manager to lead and elevate the full HR function of our hospital. While healthcare experience is a plus, we believe great HR leadership transcends industries—what matters most is what you bring to the table.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, performance management, and labor compliance.

• Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and build a high-performing, values-driven culture.

• Drive organizational development initiatives, from onboarding and training to leadership development and retention strategies.

• Lead employee relations with empathy, professionalism, and fairness.

• Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations, HR policies, and hospital standards.

• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines.
