The Utilization Review (UR) Coordinator plays a key role in this transformation, leading utilization review efforts across county-operated and contracted providers for Medi-Cal mental health and substance use disorder services, including oversight of service authorizations, documentation, and billing compliance. The position supervises two UR Clinicians and provides oversight of an external contractor conducting hospital UR. You'll be joining a committed and growing team working to improve how care is delivered and documented, while helping clinical staff navigate requirements and maintain high standards. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a more equitable and responsive behavioral health system in Napa County.
