Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal assistance.
  • Support nursing staff in monitoring patients' health and reporting significant changes.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment for both patients and staff.
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve care standards.
  • Engage actively with patients to promote their physical and mental well-being.


Requirements
  • Eligible candidates must hold an EU passport.
  • Prior experience in healthcare settings is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A willingness to relocate to Ireland and adapt to a new cultural environment.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in healthcare support are preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare procedures and practices.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts and respond to the needs of patients.
