Overview LifeWorks Wellness Center is seeking a hands-on and results-driven Healthcare Sales Supervisor to support and directly manage our inbound sales team. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role is the frontline leader of daily sales operations, responsible for coaching consultants in real time, handling patient escalations, and ensuring every interaction moves toward a successful outcome. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading from the floor as they are analyzing team performance and driving accountability.

Education & Experience
Hours This is a full-time salaried position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, on-site.
Physical Demands This role requires extended periods of sitting at a computer and phone-based communication. The employee will move throughout the clinic regularly to engage directly with the sales team and clinical staff.
