Pay: As our Healthcare Sales Specialist, you'll earn a guaranteed base pay with the possibility to earn up to $113,000 annually, based on performance, uncapped performance incentives, performance bonuses, company-wide contests, recognition programs, and valuable residual income opportunities on select ancillary products.

As our full-time Healthcare Sales Specialist, you'll connect with prospective clients, understand their healthcare needs, and present tailored ACA, Medicare, and ancillary coverage options. You'll guide clients through enrollment, ensure compliance, and manage a growing pipeline of prospects. With consistent follow-up and relationship building, you'll strengthen retention, expand coverage opportunities, and build a residual book of business, all supported by industry-leading tools, coaching, and technology.
