Responsibilities:
· Develop and submit an annual Sales Business Plan to the President.
· Call on targeted A&D firms, real estate firms, construction companies and other identified market influencers as specified in annual business plan.
· Lead the company’s Southern California New Business Development Healthcare Sales Team to achieve business objectives and goals in the healthcare vertical market:
o Coach, mentor and train Sales Representatives in the company:
o Require and manage to individual business plans (annually) from each sales representative on your sales team.
o Maintain regular performance communications with each sales representative on your team and timely complete formal performance reviews as dictated by the President.
o Offer coaching and guidance to sales representatives (not on your team) when leading sales initiatives for the company in a specified vertical market and updating their respective Sales Directors on activities, performance and developmental needs.
o Manage compliance from your sales representatives regarding Tangram’s Contact Relationship Management software.
o Support Tangram’s Contact Relationship Management software and be accountable for its use by all sales employees on your sales team.
· Actively develop and maintain productive, professional relationships with healthcare customers or potential customers that fulfill customer interaction and buying experience with Tangram.
· Facilitate problem resolution and customer complaint handling when applicable.
· Participate and support healthcare sales marketing events and business development activities.
· Transition healthcare business leads for projects uncovered from marketing efforts to other Tangram Sales leaders and/or the President when applicable.
· Collaborate, support and foster positive professional relationships with managers from all other Tangram departments.
· Support selling efforts of the Company’s major manufacturers (i.e. Steelcase and Design Partnership).
