The Role: Healthcare Sales Development Representative

Imagine being the go-to person who keeps the momentum going, turning leads into real opportunities, building trust with clients, and keeping the pipeline flowing smoothly.


As a Sales Development Representative at ClearDesk, you’re not just following up, you’re creating connections, building lasting relationships, and helping real people get the support they need. You’ll be the voice they hear first and the steady hand that guides them forward. From engaging with new leads and referral partners to collaborating with internal teams, your work directly supports growth and care delivery, all while working remotely in a team that values clarity, initiative, and heart.

What Your Days Might Look Like:

  • Lead Management & Follow-Up
    • Follow up with prospects regularly using a structured communication cadence
    • Track and update lead activity in tools like WellSky and internal systems
    • Keep potential clients engaged after initial assessments
    • Log all communication and maintain well-organized records
  • Referral Source Engagement
    • Reconnect with referral sources during slower periods
    • Schedule meetings for the Director of Operations with key community partners
  • Internal Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the Scheduling Coordinator and other team members
    • Join daily check-ins to share updates, priorities, and blockers
    • Use Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, and Email for real-time communication
  • Sales/Admin Support (as needed)
    • Help coordinate caregiver interviews or support other hiring efforts
    • Take on special projects and help improve processes and SOPs
