Inspect all incoming shipments to ensure that they meet quality standards as in the receiving check list.
Download the receiving temperature data loggers and send to the supplier and follow up till get the results.
Check that the vehicles and trucks used for loading the goods to customers comply with quality requirements.
Ensure the goods are sent under appropriate storage conditions before loading them into the vehicles and during the journey.
Provide and set up the necessary temperature reading devices for each trip according to the shipment requirements.
Monitor temperature readings for all trips from warehouses across the kingdom through the special monitoring system for carriers and company-owned vehicles.
Report any temperature excursion, damage in the shipment, or deviations in the requirements to the Quality assurance specialist
Ensure that all shipments that SFDA or Vendors request to hold are reserved in the system and in the quarantine area
Updating the status of the received shipments in the tracking file to be referred to when the products are release in the quality release system
Maintain all temperature records properly for each shipment (inbound and outbound)
Monitoring the Temp. of all the company's warehouses, downloading the readings monthly, and taking the necessary action and communicating with the concerned person in case of a deviation from the required Temp.
Daily check the effectiveness of the company's vehicle tracking devices.
Conduct and report temperature validations of warehouses and vehicles based on the approved annual plan.
Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management.

Qualifications/ Experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement.
Field/Years of Experience:
1 to 3 years is preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse operations.
Basic knowledge of quality practices.
Understanding quality standards and good distribution practice.
