Part-Time position: 3 days per
week in-person ONLY - NO REMOTE WORK.
Salary Range: $35.50 - $50.00 / hour (commensurate with
experience).

Position Overview
The Quality & Compliance Specialist serves as a resource for
performance improvement and compliance activities within Broad Reach Healthcare
specifically for Liberty Commons and Broad Reach Hospice under the direction of
Director of Quality Assurance Performance Improvement This role ensures
adherence to regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and organizational
standards of conduct, while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and
oversight of Quality and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
- Analyze data and
prepare quality and compliance reports.
- Facilitate QAPI
Committee meetings and maintain documentation.
- Provide
orientation and ongoing education on quality, performance improvement, and
compliance.
- Manage
investigation, trending, and analysis of complaints, incidents, and
claims.
- Oversee patient
satisfaction and complaint resolution processes.
- Monitor and
coordinate the Compliance Plans through audits and surveillance.
- Prepare and
submit compliance reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Maintain records
of compliance activities, findings, and resolutions.
- Perform
additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree or
license in nursing or a health-related field required.
- Experience in
quality, performance improvement, or compliance preferred.
- Experience in
Skilled Nursing, LTC and/or hospice preferred.
- Proficiency in
Outlook, Word, and Excel.
