As a Quality, Audit & Compliance (Healthcare), you will play a key part in safeguarding the integrity of clinical documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across healthcare operations. This role ensures records are accurate, complete, and compliant with hospital and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities Review and audit patient medical charts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Identify documentation gaps and improvement opportunities. Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports. Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams on corrective actions. Maintain audit logs, tracking systems, and quality metrics. Support compliance initiatives, accreditation, and survey readiness. Assist in training staff on documentation standards. Analyze audit data to identify patterns and recommend process improvements.
