Lead the development and rollout of healthcare transportation and fulfilment SOPs, work instructions and quality standards.
Drive improvements to the Quality Management System (QMS), including CAPA, compliance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Design and manage internal, customer and certification audit programs to ensure readiness and regulatory alignment.
Act as the primary quality advisor for healthcare customers, resolving escalated issues and supporting RFQs, questionnaires and quality agreements.
Provide strategic regulatory and quality guidance to senior/executive leaders across multiple countries.
Lead cross‑functional projects that improve operational quality, compliance and customer outcomes.
Quality Assessment & Standards: Transportation & Fulfilment SOP & Work Instruction Development; FedEx Network and Facilities (Hubs, Stations) Policies & Procedures Development & Implementation; Quality & Regulatory Advisory
Quality Management: Quality Corrective & Preventive Actions; Quality & Compliance Advisory; Quality & Compliance Performance; Compliance & Quality Program Implementation; Continuous Improvement of QMS & Processes; QMS Implementation & Administration

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Pharmacy or related discipline, plus a local Pharmacist license
Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in a quality compliance related role
Strong understanding of regional healthcare regulations, GDP and quality systems.
