Healthcare Project Manager
The Healthcare Project Manager plays a critical role in leading and delivering complex healthcare projects that drive meaningful results for clients. The Purpose of Your Role
The purpose of the Healthcare Project Manager role is to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare projects by aligning resources, managing stakeholder expectations, and maintaining the highest standards of client service and project performance. The Qualifications We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field, or equivalent years of work experience.
- 3+ years of proven project management experience, ideally within healthcare or client-facing environments.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service and client account support; specific client experience preferred.
- PMP certification preferred; certification in project management disciplines such as Lean Six Sigma is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, including excellent verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Superior multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with effective decision-making supported by analytical and technical skills.
- Experience analyzing complex data sets to extract actionable insights.
