Job Summary
Under general direction, identifies effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of clinical business data; identifies, researches, and refines business processes to enhance operations; is responsible for a wide range of business efficiency considerations, including: schedule planning, diagnostics, integrity and utilization, completion of the monthly Operations Dashboard, Quality Dashboard, Provider Productivity metrics, Quality Metrics and SLUCare Strategic Metrics for all SLUCare clinics.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance/Statistics, or a related field supplemented with one year of related experience. Experience working with EHR systems such as Epic, GE/ IDX , FPSC , or Cognos is preferred
