Healthcare Client Liaison - Claims & Analytics

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships

• Translate healthcare claims data and analytics into insights clients can act on

• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions

• Support clients through onboarding, reporting, and ongoing performance reviews

• Spot trends, identify opportunities, and help clients maximize the value of their health plan

What You Bring

• Experience with healthcare claims, coding, and self-funded plans

• Strong analytics mindset - comfortable interpreting data and explaining it clearly

• A natural relationship builder who communicates with confidence and empathy

• Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and meet deadlines with ease

• Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for improving the healthcare experience

• Bachelor's degree and five years' experience in healthcare claims, analytics, and relationship building

• RN experience, coding knowledge, and expert in Microsoft Office Suites
