Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships
Translate healthcare claims data and analytics into insights clients can act on
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions
Support clients through onboarding, reporting, and ongoing performance reviews
Spot trends, identify opportunities, and help clients maximize the value of their health plan
Experience with healthcare claims, coding, and self-funded plans
Strong analytics mindset - comfortable interpreting data and explaining it clearly
A natural relationship builder who communicates with confidence and empathy
Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and meet deadlines with ease
Bachelor's degree and five years' experience in healthcare claims, analytics, and relationship building
