We are seeking a Healthcare AI Product Manager to lead the development of AI-driven solutions that improve clinical workflows and accelerate healthcare data insights. This role combines deep healthcare domain expertise with technical fluency in machine learning and large language models, enabling the creation of enterprise B2B products that deliver measurable value to hospitals and physician practices. You will collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and data science teams to translate market needs into innovative, web-based solutions. The position offers the chance to shape the future of healthcare technology in a dynamic, fast-paced, and mission-driven environment.

Accountabilities

  • Strategy & Market Understanding – Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Product Creation & Lifecycle Management – Lead cross-functional product development from ideation to launch, managing both new products and enhancements to existing solutions.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner with UX, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment, usability, and market relevance.
  • Product Marketing & Go-to-Market – Develop launch plans, messaging, demos, and sales enablement materials to support adoption and commercial success.
  • Metrics & Continuous Improvement – Define, track, and analyze KPIs for product adoption, retention, and satisfaction, iterating based on data-driven insights.
  • Customer & Industry Engagement – Serve as a subject matter expert in client meetings, industry events, and internal briefings to communicate product value and gather feedback.


Requirements
  • 4+ years as a product manager or analyst in enterprise healthcare software, including at least one “0 to 1” product launch.
  • Deep understanding of clinical data elements, EHR systems, and healthcare workflows.
  • Technical fluency in AI and machine learning, including large language models, with the ability to interpret data and guide product decisions.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical teams, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Preferred: experience in healthcare AI/ML applications, clinical registries, health tech startups, and web-based product development.
