This role will work closely with a small team of Administrative Professionals to support multiple teams of software engineers. This candidate will need to be team-oriented, a creative solution-finder, and an expert in prioritization. They will be able to build meaningful relationships across our teams and be intrinsically inspired to perform at their best. They will be able to multi-task, prioritize incoming requests, and at times work with initiative without requiring close supervision. The role consists of normal administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, tracking inventory, processing expense reports, etc., but also will be required to handle on-boarding of a dynamic and changing workforce, manage space challenges, and assisting with special projects as required. They will exercise flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust and prioritize schedules based on frequent, last-minute changes. They will work with contacts ranging from entry level to extremely high-level, and may be exposed to sensitive information requiring discretion and good judgment.


  • 4+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Tech savvy, knowledgeable with Mac, Mail, Calendar, and iWork Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage various priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
