Primary Responsibilities
We are currently searching for a part-time position in the Department of Allied Healthβs Master of Science in Health Science program. The program is offered completely online and designed with a transdisciplinary focus. The program is also an interdisciplinary program designed to provide those involved in health care the opportunity to earn a masterβs degree with a focus in management, education, or informatics depending on their career goals. NKU has a strong commitment to transdisciplinary education and has recently opened the Health Innovations Center in the 2018. The center will provide the opportunity for the Department of Allied Health to play a significant role in academic innovation as well as impact the health of the region.
Qualifications
A masterβs degree with five years work experience in health care management is the minimum requirement for this position. A doctoral degree and experience in health care education or research is preferred. Responsibilities include teaching online courses using CANVAS for students from a variety of disciplines at the graduate level. Qualifications and credentials that meet the needs of the curriculum for the Master of Health Science Program will be a primary consideration.
