Our AmLaw 100 client is adding a Health Policy Advisor to a nationally recognized Lobbying & Public Policy platform with deep life sciences, provider, and health tech coverage. The team works the full policy lifecycle in Congress and across federal agencies on high -visibility health matters.<\/span>

Role Summary<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Track, analyze, and brief on federal health legislation and agency rulemaking affecting drug, biologic, device, digital health, and provider stakeholders. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Develop advocacy strategies, coalition pathways, and stakeholder engagement plans for congressional and executive -branch targets. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Draft memos, testimony, comments, and outreach materials; support client meetings with Hill and agency principals. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Coordinate with litigators, regulatory partners, and cross -office sector teams to advance client objectives.<\/span>

Candidate Profile<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• 7–10 years focused on federal health care and life sciences policy and legislation. Hill experience preferred, ideally with a committee of jurisdiction; relevant executive -branch experience considered in lieu of Hill. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Bachelor’s required; JD or master’s preferred. Exceptional writing, briefing, and stakeholder -facing skills. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Comfortable owning issues across drug pricing, coverage/reimbursement, FDA, Medicare/Medicaid, and health innovation.<\/span>
