What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate resident medical records in compliance with requirements
  • Coordinate clinic schedules and manage resident appointment requests
  • Communicate with physician offices and nursing staff to ensure smooth processes
  • Assist with medical record filing, discharges, and compliance documentation
  • Step in to support the Health Information Department as needed

What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED; or at least 12 months of administrative/secretarial experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly
  • Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
