Pay | : | HK$37,590 to HK$66,291 (HGPS Point 15 to 27) per month including Monthly Allowance |
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of one or more of the following areas:
a. Clinical IT innovations and mobile solutions
b. Clinical workflow and decision support
c. Clinical data standards and policy
d. Artificial Intelligence and big data analytics
e. Public health and clinical information management
f. Quality assurance and risk management for clinical IT initiatives
g. eHealth+ initiatives
2. Provide health informatics support in the areas of user requirement collection, system usability, impact study, user training and conducting of User Acceptance Test, etc.
3. Liaise and coordinate with users, project teams, stakeholders and management in support of the development, implementation, promulgation and training for clinical IT projects.
4. Support clinical IT governance in the process of the planning, development and implementation of corporate initiatives.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and procedural requirements and approval.
Entry Requirements:
1. A University degree, or equivalent.
2. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Preferable Attributes/Exposure:
1. A University degree in healthcare / health information management / health informatics related discipline.
2. Knowledge and experience in the following areas:
a. Clinical application systems, electronic medical record systems or other clinical information systems;
b. Clinical workflow, patient care process and operations in clinical setting;
c. Clinical IT project management, implementation and support;
d. Public and private health systems’ operation.
3. A good team player with excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Able to handle correspondence independently and work under pressure.
