Our mission is to transform the paradigm of health and wellness in California’s Central Valley while dramatically improving health outcomes for The Wonderful Company’s employees, their families, and the communities in which they live and work. If you are a qualified Health Coach, you could be a part of a team that is evolving a new completely free model for world-class health and wellness that can have an immensely positive impact on the underserved and vulnerable populations we serve.
Our approach is unique, with our owners personally overseeing these efforts. We are deeply committed to bringing positive, multi-generational change to the communities we serve. Giving back and leaving the planet better than we found it will be our legacy. To learn more about our programs and read our entire Corporate Social Responsibility report, click here.
Health Coach will serve as an integral part of our onsite primary care team, responsible for helping patients improve their health by providing them with tools and motivation to make healthier choices. The Health Coach will serve as patients' first point of contact when it comes to health and wellness matters, within the clinic and beyond. Health Coaches will greet the patients when they arrive, sendoff patients when they depart, field calls/emails/texts from patients, take patients' vitals, follow up with patients from the clinic and out within the facility, host health fairs and group educational sessions, and serve as advocates for patients in all areas related to health and wellness.
The role is based at our Lost Hills, CA Wellness Center, but may require travel to other locations within the Central Valley.
