Job Overview

As a Global Tender Operations Specialist in the international container shipping industry, you will be responsible for part of the head office functions of ONE. Your primary focus will be on Japanese customers (with a future expansion to all customers across Asia), contributing to the optimization of global pricing strategies and the improvement of offer quality. Your main responsibilities will include:

・Developing pricing tools and improving the quality and turnaround time of pricing offers
Identifying and coordinating issues and concerns related to tender projects
・Gaining a thorough understanding of ONE’s overall tender process and the tools (including logic) used in each phase
・Closely coordinating with related departments (such as Trade Marketing, Sales, and Offshore teams) to manage tender timelines
・Collaborating with relevant departments at ONE headquarters, RHQs, and sales offices
Utilizing data collected through tender operations to create and share reports with related departments

(In the future) Expanding your involvement beyond pricing to oversee all aspects of tender operations across the Asia region as a central coordinator for global tender activities
