Job Description

  • Handle scheduling, patient check-ins, intake forms, and billing inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate EMR records and prepare therapy equipment (heat packs, ultrasound).
  • Keep treatment rooms organized; monitor supplies; assist with appointment reminders.
  • Uphold confidentiality and support a clean, efficient clinic flow.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with scheduling software and EMR systems
  • Experience with patient intake; insurance verification a plus
  • Willing to learn therapeutic support tasks and business tools
  • HIPAA compliant and committed to patient confidentiality
  • Flexible to assist during busy times and cover occasional evening/weekend shifts
  • Positive, adaptable, and open to feedback and training

Additional Information

  • Compensation: $16–$24/hr (≈ $33,000–$50,000 annually, plus potential incentives), based on experience. Entry-level candidates may start at $16–$18/hr.
