We are looking for a highly professional and empathetic French-speaking Medical Consultant & Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking clients, providing expert consultation on our reproductive medicine programs and delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary: KSh 60,000 - 75,000

• Serve as the first point of contact for French-speaking inquiries via email, phone, and in-person consultations.
• Provide detailed and accurate information to prospective and current clients about our reproductive medicine services, including IVF, egg donation, and surrogacy programs.
• Guide clients through their treatment journey, answering clinical questions, explaining procedures, and managing expectations with clarity and compassion.
• Coordinate appointments with medical staff, counselors, and other specialists.
• Assist with the translation of medical documents and communications between French and English as needed.
• Maintain confidential and accurate patient records in our CRM system.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless and supportive patient experience.
