French medical Consultant

Position Overview:

The Medical Consultant is responsible for reaching out to potential patients, gathering comprehensive health information, coordinating diagnostic processes, and clearly communicating treatment plans. This role ensures that patients are well-informed about their dental treatment options and receive the necessary information and support throughout the consultation process.

Main Responsibilities

Building Patient Relationships & Understanding Needs:

• Reach out to patients who have inquired about dental treatments, warmly introducing yourself and the clinic. Briefly highlight our services and the expertise of our dental team.
  
• Collect and meticulously record patient health information, including medical history and current health status. Actively listen to understand their dental concerns and treatment goals.
  

Treatment Coordination & Communication:

• Coordinate the acquisition of necessary dental X-rays and documentation from patients to support accurate diagnosis. Ensure all patient information and images are securely recorded and readily available.
  
• Clearly communicate the dentist's diagnosis and proposed treatment plan to the patient, providing a comprehensive overview. Answer any questions they have regarding their dental needs and treatment options, ensuring they feel informed and empowered to make decisions.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree (preferred).

·        Proven experience (1+ year preferred) in dental/medical consulting, patient coordination, or a similar role.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly and patiently.

·        Highly organized with proficiency in patient information systems and diagnostic coordination.

·        Demonstrated ability to build report with patients, addressing their concerns with empathy and understanding.

·        Fluency in English and one of the following (Russian, French).

·        Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
