Position Summary
We’re looking for a talented Finance Process Improvement Project Lead to spearhead key initiatives that will optimise our Accounts Receivable function specifically focusing on elevating our invoicing processes.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end improvement projects, partnering closely with finance and cross‑functional teams to diagnose challenges, design smarter workflows, and deliver sustainable change. If you thrive on solving complex problems, championing best practice, and influencing stakeholders to adopt new ways of working, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference.
We’re looking for creative thinkers, problem solvers, and people who want to challenge the status quo — all while staying true to our core values:
Our Core Values
Dare to be Bold – We have the courage to reach for the unbelievable.
Uphold Integrity – Accountability and respect guide everything we do.
Never Settle – We push forward relentlessly, striving for extraordinary.
Celebrate Perspectives – We embrace diverse talent and new ways of seeing the world.
Win as a Team – We support, challenge, and bring out the best in each other.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on key initiatives to transform how our Accounts Receivable function operates, with a strong focus on improving our invoicing processes. You’ll guide projects from concept to completion, analysing how things work today, identifying opportunities to streamline, and designing smarter, more effective workflows.
You’ll work closely with teams across Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and IT to understand their needs, build alignment, and ensure improvements land well across the organisation. As a champion for change, you’ll communicate updates clearly, support colleagues as new processes are introduced, and help build confidence in new ways of working.
Using data and key performance measures, you’ll track the impact of your work and regularly share progress with leaders making sure improvements are both measurable and meaningful. You'll also be responsible for identifying potential risks along the way and ensuring all changes remain compliant with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
A big part of your success will come from fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback, and keeping processes evolving long after the initial project is complete. Throughout, you’ll maintain clear, thorough documentation to support transparency and consistency across the function.
What you'll bring to the role
Experience applying process‑improvement methodologies within a finance environment.
Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and confidence working with data tools like Excel or Incorta.
A proven track record delivering successful process‑improvement projects within Accounts Receivable, ideally in a large organisation.
Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritise effectively and deliver to timelines and budget.
Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data and use it to drive decision‑making.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Resilience and adaptability, thriving in a fast‑moving, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and a passion for delivering measurable results.
