Shape the future β with impact in electrophysiology
At Boston Scientific, weβre dedicated to advancing patient care through innovation. Within our fast-growing Electrophysiology (EP) division, we provide cutting-edge solutions to treat cardiac arrhythmias: from Ultra-High-Density 3D Mapping (OPAL HDx) to Cryoablation (POLARx) and Pulsed Field Ablation (Farapulse). You donβt need to be an EP expert to join us, but you do need a strong foundation in MedTech and the drive to learn.
Β
Weβre looking for a Field Clinical Specialist (FCS) to join our EP team in Belgium. Someone who can bring clinical and technical support to hospitals, partner with healthcare professionals, and help bring new technologies into daily practice.
Β
What youβll do
As a Field Clinical Specialist, youβll be the clinical and technical expert for our EP technologies. Youβll support cases, deliver training, and help physicians and hospital staff use our systems with confidence. Youβll work closely with our commercial team but remain focused on clinical value, education, and support.

Your key responsibilities:
Β
What weβre looking for
You donβt need experience in electrophysiology: weβll teach you that. What matters is that you bring relevant experience from the medical device industry, ideally in a clinical or technical role. Whether your background is in cardiology, interventional procedures, operating rooms, imaging, or neuromodulation - if youβve supported medical technologies in hospital settings, weβd love to hear from you.
Β
You should feel comfortable in a procedural environment and enjoy working alongside physicians, nurses, and technicians. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as is a collaborative, hands-on mindset. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, and French is a strong advantage.
Β
Weβre looking for someone based in Belgium, ideally around the Brussels area with the flexibility to travel across the country to support hospitals and clinical teams.
Β
If you happen to bring experience in cardiac rhythm management, interventional cardiology, or even a touchpoint with EP labs: fantastic. Experience in training, education, or certification programs is also a plus, but not required.
Β
Why join us?
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing division at the forefront of cardiac care. Youβll work in a flexible, field-based role where no two days are the same, and youβll be supported with in-depth training in our latest EP technologies. Most importantly, youβll be part of a collaborative team that values expertise, learning, and purpose by helping physicians improve outcomes and change lives.
Β
Ready to shape the future of cardiac care - even if youβre not an EP expert (yet)? Letβs connect.
