This fully remote role supports high -tempo search delivery by coordinating stakeholders, protecting candidate experience, and keeping workflows predictable across multiple concurrent assignments within South Africa. <\/div>

Key Responsibilities <\/div>
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping <\/div>
• Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed <\/div>
• Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance <\/div>
• Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach <\/div>
• Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping <\/div>
• Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps <\/div><\/span>
