This fully remote role supports high -tempo search delivery by coordinating stakeholders, protecting candidate experience, and keeping workflows predictable across multiple concurrent assignments within South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping
<\/div>
<\/div>
• Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps

<\/div>• Comfort conducting structured competency interviews and supporting reference processes

<\/div>• High attention to detail, with consistent follow -through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
<\/div>• Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement
<\/div>• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management
<\/div><\/span>
