Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide executive and committee secretarial support for various health informatics programs.
2. Support project management cycles, including annual planning, progress monitoring and the preparation of management reports.
3. Research and compile guidelines to support the development of clinical IT programs.
4. Coordinate meetings, workshops and promulgation activities to support clinical IT initiatives.
5. Draft responses to inquiries and feedback from clusters, the public, media, government departments and external organizations.
6. Maintain an electronic database for tracking inquiries and ensure proper documentation of meeting records.
7. Assist in budget monitoring, manpower planning, training & development activities, procurement processes, and accommodation logistics for Health Informatics Section.
8. Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Entry Requirement:
1. A university degree or equivalent.
2. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Preferable Attributes/Exposure:
1. Post-qualification administrative experience in healthcare or public organization.
2. Experience in any one of the following areas:
(a) Executive support and committee secretarial services;
(b) Human resources, procurement or facilities management;
(c) Project administration;
(d) Formulation of written reply to enquiry, feedback and complaint.
3. Proficiency in computing / PC skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook).
4. Good planning, organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated, attentive to details and able to work under pressure.
