Who You Are
You're an experienced healthcare leader who brings equal parts analytical rigor and relational intelligence. You don't just read the data — you build the story behind it and mobilize teams to act on it. You're comfortable at the executive table and equally effective on the floor, earning trust through transparency, expertise, and a genuine commitment to excellence.
What sets you apart:
You lead through influence — building alignment across clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders.
You're a strategic thinker who can execute — comfortable setting direction and rolling up your sleeves.
You bring emotional intelligence and integrity to every interaction, especially the hard ones.
You turn complex data into meaningful, actionable narratives for diverse audiences.
You thrive in complex environments and navigate accreditation and compliance with confidence.
You're committed to lifelong learning — for yourself and the teams you develop.
As a trusted executive leader and strategic advisor, you'll set the direction for Logan Health's quality improvement, patient safety, and performance management programs across the entire organization. You'll build coalitions with clinical, operational, and executive leaders — translating data into action and turning insight into lasting change.
You'll lead with purpose across a broad portfolio:
Develop and lead a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with organizational priorities, regulatory requirements, and patient care goals.
Guide hospital-wide quality and performance improvement initiatives — clinical outcomes, core measures, reliability, and evidence-based practice.
Oversee patient safety programs, including event reporting, root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and safety culture initiatives.
Drive the design and use of quality dashboards, scorecards, benchmarking tools, data validation, and executive reporting.
Champion patient experience — advancing person- and family-centered care and integrating patient-reported outcomes.
Ensure readiness and compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation, accreditation standards, and all applicable state and federal requirements.
Develop, mentor, and inspire quality and clinical staff in a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency.
Lead multidisciplinary teams and committees in sustained performance improvement and regulatory excellence.
