Description

Responsible for supervising operational aspects of the medical centre within a specified practice to

achieve excellent customer service, quality, cost, and delivery performance in line with company strategy, goals and values.



Responsibilities

 Implement and Improve Quality SOP’s and work closely with Quality Manager.

• Coordinate Insurance process at clinic level.

• Supervise daily accounts.

• Coordinate with store; and raw materials purchase, movement and usage.

• Supervise house-keeping & waste disposal.

• Coordinate routine checks: in treatment rooms, procedure rooms to ensure best quality and on

injections, vaccines and lab reagents expiry dates.

• Keep a tab on MOH requirements at clinic, doctors and staff and ensure compliance.

• Manage and maintain patient contact details and other internal documents.

• Coordinate with Lab and Radiology departments and ensure accurate reports.

• Coordinate visiting doctor’s appointments & coordination for Radio Talk.

• Supervise front office administration.

• Schedule and implement monthly duty roaster.

• Supervise employee attendance (check in/out) and reporting.

• While on duty ensure you are based in public areas to assist patients and supervise the consistent

delivery of leading edge customer service

• No patient should be left unattended more than 5 minutes from the time they arrive.

• Facilitate, induct, train and develop and support staff on the job.

• Actively get involved in staff performance management.

• Supervise and coordinate absence & sickness of staff.

• Communication of company messages.

• Encourage effective teamwork across all departments.

• Effectively participate and coordinate in organizing CME

• Coordinate with Corp HR for staff queries and documentations.

• Additionally, you are assigned to train and educate your staff adequately as per the guidance of HR.

Customer Service

• Ensure cleanliness in the public areas (waiting area, corridors and toilets in particular)

consultation rooms and

equipment.

• Ensure waiting times for patient appointments to be minimum possible.

• Supervise appointments and appointment reminders and the token system.

• Obtain & review patient feedback.

• Monitor visitors and ensure records are maintained.

• Ensure quality patient support and care.

• Coordinate and equip staff to effectively manage any emergency situations.



Qualifications

College Diploma - Any discipline or related fields.

2-3 years of Experience in Hospital/ Clinic Mgt
