- Analyze large\-scale healthcare datasets (e.g., DPC data, claims, EHR) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
<\/li> - Translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations for clients.
<\/li> - Design and develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support client decision\-making.
<\/li> - Collaborate with consulting teams to shape hospital transformation strategies using data as a core foundation.

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within healthcare, consulting, or life sciences.
<\/li> - Proven ability to derive meaningful insights from data and communicate their commercial or clinical relevance effectively.
<\/li> - Proficient in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
<\/li> - Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex data insights.
<\/li> - Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 for non\-native speakers) and business\-level proficiency in English.
<\/li> - Bachelorâs or masterâs degree in data science, Statistics, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related field.
