About the role
As Deputy Head, you'll be at the forefront of overseeing academic programs, advancing cutting-edge research initiatives, and enriching the academic experience for both students and faculty. You will play a crucial role in executing the School’s strategic plan, crafting innovative models for growth, and pioneering new approaches to enhance the School’s impact.
Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the School’s strategic direction, ensuring the highest standards of education and research, developing our people and fostering an environment of professional development and excellence. In addition, you'll contribute significantly to the School’s goals within the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing, and Midwifery & Health Sciences, all while aligning with the University’s mission and its commitment to Catholic higher education values.
