EMR Trainer | UK & Ireland | Freelance

This is a remote position.<\/p>

A <\/span>European fertility sector leader<\/span><\/b> is rolling out a comprehensive digital suite—including <\/span>CRM<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>EMR<\/span><\/b>, a <\/span>mobile app<\/span><\/b>, and a <\/span>data platform<\/span><\/b>—to harmonize operations across IVF clinics in multiple European countries. We are seeking a <\/span>Multilingual Trainer<\/span><\/b> based in the UK to support clinic teams in effectively adopting these digital tools.<\/span>

The ideal candidate will have experience working in <\/span>fertility or IVF clinics<\/span><\/b>, fluency in English and other European languages, and confidence in delivering training to both clinical and administrative teams. This role is vital in supporting user adoption through clear, hands\-on, and engaging training sessions across the clinic network.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/h3>

• Deliver training on <\/span>EMR system features<\/span><\/b>, clinical workflows, and best practices to multidisciplinary teams<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Develop <\/span>user manuals<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>e\-learning modules<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>job aids<\/span><\/b>, and documentation tailored to specific audiences (clinical, administrative, management)<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Customize training content based on user roles and departmental needs<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Conduct <\/span>live workshops<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>webinars<\/span><\/b>, and <\/span>1:1 coaching sessions<\/span><\/b>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Communicate system updates and enhancements effectively to users<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Provide <\/span>ongoing support<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>refresher training<\/span><\/b> post\-implementation<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Collect trainee feedback and continuously refine training programs<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Monitor system adoption, identify <\/span>knowledge gaps<\/span><\/b> or usability issues, and support resolution<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Support clinics during and after go\-lives to ensure smooth transitions<\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • Experience working in <\/span>fertility or IVF clinics<\/span><\/b>, ideally in <\/span>Laboratory or Clinical roles<\/span><\/b> (required)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Strong knowledge of <\/span>clinical workflows<\/span><\/b> and the patient journey in reproductive health settings<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent <\/span>communication<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>presentation<\/span><\/b>, and <\/span>interpersonal<\/span><\/b> skills<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into <\/span>user\-friendly<\/span><\/b> content<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Solid working knowledge of <\/span>EMR systems<\/span><\/b>; confident with digital tools<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Based in the <\/span>UK<\/span><\/b>, with willingness to travel ~50% across European clinics<\/span>
