A European fertility sector leader is rolling out a comprehensive digital suiteβincluding CRM, EMR, a mobile app, and a data platformβto harmonize operations across IVF clinics in multiple European countries. We are seeking a Multilingual Trainer based in the UK to support clinic teams in effectively adopting these digital tools.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in fertility or IVF clinics, fluency in English and other European languages, and confidence in delivering training to both clinical and administrative teams. This role is vital in supporting user adoption through clear, hands-on, and engaging training sessions across the clinic network.
Deliver training on EMR system features, clinical workflows, and best practices to multidisciplinary teams
Develop user manuals, e-learning modules, job aids, and documentation tailored to specific audiences (clinical, administrative, management)
Customize training content based on user roles and departmental needs
Conduct live workshops, webinars, and 1:1 coaching sessions
Communicate system updates and enhancements effectively to users
Provide ongoing support and refresher training post-implementation
Collect trainee feedback and continuously refine training programs
Monitor system adoption, identify knowledge gaps or usability issues, and support resolution
Support clinics during and after go-lives to ensure smooth transitions
Experience working in fertility or IVF clinics, ideally in Laboratory or Clinical roles (required)
Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and the patient journey in reproductive health settings
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content
Solid working knowledge of EMR systems; confident with digital tools
Based in the UK, with willingness to travel ~50% across European clinics
Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or EMR specialist
Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, Czech, or Slovak
Degree or certification in Healthcare, Education, Information Technology, or Business
