EMR Trainer | Barcelona | Freelance

A European fertility sector leader is rolling out a comprehensive digital suite—including a CRM, EMR, mobile app, and data platform—to harmonize clinical operations across IVF clinics in Europe. We are looking for a Multilingual Trainer based in Barcelona to support clinics in effectively adopting these new digital tools.

The ideal candidate has experience working in fertility or IVF clinics, fluency in Spanish and English, and the ability to confidently train both clinical and administrative users. This role plays a crucial part in helping teams adapt to modern tools through structured, supportive training.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training on EMR system features, workflows, and best practices
  

• Create and maintain training materials including user manuals, e-learning modules, guides, and job aids
  

• Adapt training content to suit different audiences: medical staff, admin, and management
  

• Lead live workshops, webinars, and 1:1 coaching sessions
  

• Stay informed about system enhancements and communicate relevant updates to end users
  

• Provide refresher sessions and ongoing support for existing users
  

• Collect feedback and continuously improve training programs
  

• Track EMR adoption, identify usage gaps, and support successful go-lives
  

Requirements

• Experience working in fertility or IVF clinics, ideally in clinical or laboratory roles (required)
  

• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient journeys in reproductive healthcare
  

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  

• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-focused training
  

• Proficiency with EMR systems and comfort using digital tools
  

• Based in Barcelona, with willingness to travel (~50%) across European clinics
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a trainer, instructor, or EMR specialist
  

• Proficiency in Italian or other European languages
  

• Education or certification in Business, Healthcare, IT, or Education
