Responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems
The EMR/Maintenance Technician – Electrician position is a part of the maintenance team and will be asked to assist with general maintenance in addition to electrician duties. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our machinery and infrastructure. In addition, this position is required to respond to medical emergencies on campus throughout the shift. Still Hopes will provide EMR (Emergency Medical Responder) training if not already certified.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidates should have four or more years experience in general maintenance plus two or more years work experience as a licensed plumber, electrician and/or HVAC technician in the apartment, retirement community and/or hospital type environment. Must have customer service training and/or one year customer service experience and computer training and/or one year computer experience. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.
Candidates must possess at a minimum a high school diploma or G.E.D. and an electrical license.
