Embryologist - EMR Trainer (Spain)

This is a remote position.<\/p>

A leading European fertility organization<\/b> is rolling out a comprehensive digital suite—including a CRM, EMR, mobile app, and data platform<\/b>—to harmonize clinical operations across IVF clinics in Europe. We are looking for an Embryologist based in Spain<\/b> to support clinics in Valencia, Barcelona, and Madrid<\/b> in the effective adoption of a new EMR system<\/b> by medical and administrative staff.
<\/p>

The ideal candidate has experience working in fertility or IVF clinics<\/b>, is fluent in Spanish and English<\/b>, and is confident in delivering training to both clinical and administrative users<\/b>. This role plays a crucial part in helping teams transition to modern digital tools through structured, supportive training<\/b>.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>

• Deliver engaging training on EMR system features, workflows, and best practices<\/b>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Create and maintain training materials, including user manuals, e\-learning modules, guides, and job aids<\/b>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Adapt training content for different audiences: medical staff, administrative users, and management<\/b>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Lead live workshops, webinars, and one\-on\-one coaching sessions<\/b>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Stay informed about system enhancements and communicate relevant updates to end users
  <\/p><\/li>

• Provide refresher training<\/b> and ongoing support for existing users
  <\/p><\/li>

• Collect feedback and continuously improve training programs
  <\/p><\/li>

• Track EMR adoption, identify usage gaps, and support successful go\-live activities<\/b>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • Experience working in <\/span>fertility or IVF clinics<\/span><\/b>, ideally in <\/span>clinical or laboratory roles<\/span><\/b> (required)
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient journeys in reproductive healthcare
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into <\/span>clear, user\-focused training<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Proficiency with EMR systems and comfort using digital tools
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Based in Spain<\/b><\/span>

    Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/b>

    • Education or certification in <\/span>Business<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>Healthcare<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>IT<\/span><\/b>, or <\/span>Education<\/span><\/b>
