District Family Support Center Coordinator and Mental Health Coach TOSA

Salary: Per GTA Contract

Report Times: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Daily Hours: 7
Work Year: 2026-2027
Supervisor: Kate Carey

Minimum Requirements: NYS Certification in Counseling or Social Worker


Desired Qualifications: 
Proven track record working with students with challenging behaviors and shaping behaviors across Tiers 1, 2, and 3.
At least 3 years of demonstrated experience leading building or district initiatives
Ability to work independently on complex tasks from start to finish.
Comfort facilitating conversations and collaborating effectively with administrators and colleagues to move work forward.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, ensuring professional, timely, and clear engagement with all members of the school community.
TCIS Trainer certification (or willingness to be trained)
TIG training (or willingness to be trained).
Familiarity with mental health related platforms, including Infinite Campus, Panorama, Innerexplorer, MBF, ReThink Ed as well as Google Suite, Frontline, Innive, Canva
