As the Director of Utilization Review, you will play a pivotal role in providing leadership and strategic planning for the Utilization Review Program. Your responsibilities encompass the implementation of case management scenarios, consulting with all services to ensure the provision of an effective treatment plan for all patients, oversee the response to requests for services and interfaces with managed care organizations, external reviewers, and other payers.

Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:

• Education: Degree in nursing, social work, mental health/behavioral sciences, or related field required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Licensure: R.N, S.W. or applicable Washington license preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of five (5) years direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health treatment set-ting, including one year of managing a related function preferred.  Experience in patient assessment, family motivation, treatment planning and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities.
• Additional Skill Requirements: A strong knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.

Compensation:

This is a full-time role and the expected compensation range for this role is $100,000-$140,000 annually.  We are eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Director of Utilization Review!
