The Position:
The Director of Compliance and Legal Affairs is a strategic, experienced, and business-oriented leader who oversees all compliance related matters and coordinates with outside counsel for legal affairs on behalf of the University. In addition to traditional higher education legal matters, the Director addresses healthcare-specific compliance and regulatory issues, including provider agreements and HIPAA compliance. The Director will serve as a key member of the business affairs leadership team, responsible for leading SCUβs compliance and regulatory efforts while ensuring alignment with business goals and values. This role demands a proactive compliance expert who is comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Salary Range: The broad range is $140,000 to $170,000. This is a newly created position and, as such, compensation will reflect the individualβs depth of knowledge and experience.
