Dental Sterilization & Clinical Support Assistant

Hedgecock Dental and Associates is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support our clinical team with sterilization and operatory turnover.

This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in dentistry—no prior experience required. We are happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Sterilization of instruments and maintaining sterilization protocols

• Preparing and turning over operatories between patients

• Assisting the clinical team as needed

• Maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
   

Compensation

• $17–$19/hour, based on experience
