Elica Health Centers is looking for dynamic individuals to join our growing Health Information Technology team!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Under general supervision the Dental Health Information Technology (HIT) Trainer primary function is to coordinate and lead ongoing HIT and related systems training for staff and providers that are effective and timely. They will be responsible for understanding clinical requirements in an operational healthcare setting and translating those requirements into formal specifications to assist in the development of training materials, training content, and topics for on-going HIT systems training based on chart review and input from strategic internal partners, management and users. They will provide on-boarding EPIC and HIT systems training and subsequent training on system enhancement/upgrades and related work flows. The HIT Trainer must have the ability to understand healthcare software, explain technical concepts to non-technical professionals, and to translate administrative and operating requirements into clear, specific, and actionable practices.

Compensation - Dependent Upon Experience
$27.00 - $35.00 an hour
