Coordinate schedules for clinical and practicums through the healthcare Maricopa consortium or facilities and follow through with internal student compliance scheduling for healthcare clinical and practicum experiences. Develop internal procedures for smooth transition of processes related to obtaining clinical sites, obtaining approval through the facilities for clinical and practicum rotations, and uploading of required documents to databases such as My Clinical Exchange (MCE) or other platforms. Provide updated information to clinical facilities to renew contract agreements for all Allied Health and Nursing sites while working with legal and business affairs to sign for the college. Collect current contracts and make them available for all accredited programs.
EDUCATION:
Associate degree or higher and/or experience in organizing, scheduling, and student compliance monitoring for clinical/practicum rotations. Experience in creating and tracking affiliation agreements for college healthcare programs. Healthcare personnel with background in scheduling, organizing, and compliance monitoring may also apply.
Associate degree - or - Professional Level certification - or - Demonstrated Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA).
EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years related experience

• Skill in gathering, compiling, and presenting information in oral and/or written form.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Duties require little physical effort in working with light (up to 10lbs), easy to handle materials. Duties performed cause light fatigue of eyes, fingers, or other faculties due to long periods of standing, sitting, and repetitive motion.
