JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
MCCβs Continuing Education Division is seeking enthusiastic and experienced non-credit instructors with Digital Marketing expertise to provide personal enrichment opportunities to members of our community. This position will have various teaching opportunities throughout the year and will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and practical course content that enhances studentsβ personal growth and enriches their lives.ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:
Develop and implement engaging Digital Marketing curriculum and lesson plans tailored to studentsβ varying proficiency levels.
Conduct interactive classroom sessions in the following areas of Digital Marketing: basics, SEO and advertising techniques, catering content, data, and analytics.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Organize and facilitate in-class Digital Marketing related activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Proficiency in Digital Marketing and trends therein
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse learners.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred; certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta) are a plus.
This position will have random teaching opportunities throughout the year.
MCC holds classes at multiple locations throughout the Metro area including Fremont and Blair.
Most classes are held weeknights and weekends.
