Superlanet is seeking a Perioperative Clinical Systems Analyst for our healthcare client in Texas. This role will focus on workflow optimization, build, and support within perioperative systems, specifically in the Perioperative/PerioperativeNet space. The ideal candidate will bring a strong clinical background—preferably as a nurse—combined with hands-on experience configuring, building, and supporting perioperative applications.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Builder for perioperative applications, ensuring workflows align with clinical best practices.
Support and enhance SurgiNet and SA Anesthesia modules; familiarity with PowerChart required.
Collaborate with surgical services, anesthesia, and sterile processing staff to improve workflows and system usability.
Integrate and optimize 3rd party applications, including materials management and Steris (Sterile Processing Management).
Conduct workflow assessments, recommend process improvements, and implement solutions.
Provide training, guidance, and OR support, including the ability to scrub in when necessary to fully understand workflows.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards across perioperative documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Informatics, or related field; RN/clinical background strongly preferred.
2-5 years of perioperative/OR clinical experience.
2+ years in informatics, build, or EHR application support (SurgiNet, PowerChart, SA Anesthesia).
Strong understanding of perioperative workflows
Preferred
Experience with Steris or other sterile processing applications.
Ability to scrub in and work alongside perioperative staff to validate workflows.
Certification in Clinical Informatics or perioperative nursing (CNOR).
